WELCOME TO BORGO SEGINE

Dear guests,
renewing our warm welcome and thanking you for the trust placed in us, we take this opportunity to show you the farm and a few simple community rules.

The structure was born from our innate passion for nature, the land, traditions and animals.
The concept, in harmony with the surrounding environment, is based on eco-sustainability.
The farm was conceived, from the very first moment, to save energy.
In fact, the reduction of waste is maximum: light, water, food.
The choice to build this Salento mansion from scratch was not accidental, in full compliance with all the traditional construction canons with almost all the architectural elements of natural origin, on a plot of about 5 hectares sorrounded in the most uncontaminated nature.
The products that we offer are bio and Km0.
Our gardens, orchards and woods can be visited.
We wish that Borgo Segine can be a second home for you and a choice in harmony with your "feeling". Exactly how we have always intended and conceived hospitality in our home for our friends.
This is why we ask you your cooperation, just like each of us takes good care of our home.
We are therefore pleased to share our rules.

TIMETABLES

  • check-in: from 15:00 to 21:00

  • check-out: until 11:00

  • breakfast: from 08:00 to 10:00 – the hall closes at 10:30     

(meals: open buffet, drinks: 1 coffee, 1 cappuccino, 1 juice)

  • room cleaning: from 10:00 to 12:00
    (sometimes, it can be done during breakfast)    Communicate if there is no need

RULES OF CONDUCT

  • consumption of the mini bar that is as the price list;

  • payment of the room upon arrival;


  • any extras to be paid at check-out;


  • free access to the swimming pool, no lifeguard service;


  • it is forbidden to enter the pool with rings, clips and accessories that would damage the internal engine of the pool;


  • the room linen (towels, bathrobes, sheets) is changed every 3 days, except for exceptional requests (for a fee);


  •  it is advisable to use the clothes rack at your disposal;


  • the use of the barbecue is allowed free of charge, upon agreement with the property;


  • pets are allowed, but small and only in the rooms on the ground floor;

  • laundry and ironing services are provided, on site, from 8:30 to 10:30, upon agreement with the property, at a cost of: €10.00/wash, €7.00/ironed item.

 

 

It is possible to request, well in advance:
